If you order using PayPal and order the wrong item or order an item incorrectly, any refund will be less the processing fee.
All snail mail orders and inquiries go to National Radio Club. Publications Center, P.O. Box 473251, Aurora, CO 80047-3251 USA. Payment for snail mail orders must be in US funds drawn on United States financial institutions.
Because we are an all-volunteer club, we are unable to acknowledge each individual order. All orders are usually filled within a week of being received, (most of the time less than four days) and sent by USPS using First Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on weight. That said, PLEASE allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery as we don’t work 24/7!
If there is a delay in shipping due to publication availability, NRC Publications will contact you with the estimated shipping date.
